Thanks for your interest in Al-Andalus Theological Seminary. The staa seeks students with a passion for learning from God and a desire to study the Bible in-depth. From a student’s first visit through graduation, the staa will work to support his or her spiritual growth and to prepare him or her for ministry in the twenty-first century.

Statute of Non-Discrimination
The SCS and the staa admit qualified students of any race, color, nationality and ethnicity, with all rights, privileges, programs and activities that are available or planned for the students of the seminary. The SCS and staa do not discriminate against students based on their race, religion, color, sex, nationality or ethnic origin, age or physical handicap in administration of educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs or other institutional administration programs.
Requirements for Admission
Applicants should contact the Admissions Office to receive information on how to proceed as quickly as possible, if they are interested in any staa program.
The minimum academic requirements for admission are:
1. Having Baccalaureate diploma with an average of at least 6.0 (Spanish Grading Scale) or a GPA of at least 2.0 (American Grading Scale).
2. Having remained in good standing with the last institution attended.
An applicant who does not meet the conditions described above, must:
3. Be at least 18 years and have demonstrated through a personal interview the ability to perform in general education and biblical research activities at the university level. In this case, students will be admitted tentatively until they have completed at least 15 credit class hours at the minimum grade average.
The Academic Dean may accept any applicant who does not meet the conditions described above, if he or she believes that other factors warrant such an action. The verdict of the Dean is final.
The SCS and staa do not accept applicants who are in the country illegally.
Steps for Admission

Complete the Diploma/Degree Admission Application or Master Admission Application. All applicants must fill out the form "Admission Application" and submit it with the required payment. |

Submit proof of the academic certification. State the institutions of higher learning and / or each of the postsecondary institutions that you have attended. These records must be verified before submission to the staa. |

Request References. You should ask three people who can give references to complete the "Reference Form" and send it to the staa. Before delivering the forms, do not forget to fill in your details on the A side and sign the "Consent of the Applicant" on side B. We recommend that the forms delivered have a prepared address for the Center and a seal to facilitate quick delivery |

Request an interview. Call the admissions office at telephone number 955 99 77 34 for an interview appointment. |

Acceptance. Two weeks after receiving all documentation, the staa will determine if you are accepted or not, and we will send you a written notice of our decision. If you are accepted, you will be admitted under one of the following classifications:
Full Status - If you meet all requirements for admission.
Conditional Status - If something is still missing.
Special Status - If you are not seeking a degree but are taking courses for free.
Auditor Status - If you wish to take courses without receiving credit.
Academic Probation Status- If you do not have Baccalaureate degree. |

New Student Orientation. All new and readmitted students must attend an orientation for new students. |

Start enrollment for the first quarter.
Talk to the Academic Administration to enroll for the first quarter.
Talk to the Finance Administration to determine a payment plan.
Select the programs, textbooks and notes two weeks before the course. |
